- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Montrose has a very dark history of crooked law breaking "police officers". One police officer was shot on two different occasions by outraged husbands claiming that this police officer "Roger Cross" forced these women into performing oral sex on them or they would be given false tickets of DUI, reckless endangerment & driving. He scared the hell out of these women and got what he wanted, oral sex. Roger Cross was decorated with metals for being shot twice and these raped women's husbands went to jail. Small town police justice (criminal outlaws) and its law breaking mafia style police department is alive and well in Montrose, Colorado!!!By A Google User, July 19, 2017
