I spoke with several mortgage lenders and Ninah and Major Mortgage offered the best service and one of the lower rates in the local area. Ninah exhibited expert knowledge of the greater Montrose and Ouray county areas and exhibited extreme patience with me and all my questions regarding the mortgage lending process and how rates are calculated. She provided me with information to become educated about how daily mortgage rates are calculated and kept me apprised when rates changed. She offered excellent advice on when to lock and when to wait and due to her consistent communication, I believe I locked in a great rate. Ninah understands and respects the notion that buying real estate can be a major investment and is sensitive to this fact and truly enjoys guiding people through the mortgage lending process. She has a genuine interest in making sure you understand every aspect of the process so you have confidence in a purchase.
