- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★If you are looking for an agent that will immediately make you feel comfortable about your loan type, rate, fees, or just how great it is to live in Montrose or the Western Slope, Eric is the guy. Our loan process went super smooth and as first time home buyers we definitely needed some hand holding. Eric was patient and knowledgeable about every step of the process. Before setting on using Eric and Academy Mortgage, we investigated getting a loan through one of the country's largest online mortgage lender. We are so glad we did not go that route. If jumping through hoops is your thing then by all means keep looking. But if you are wanting a no-hassle experience and would like someone you can put your confidence to get the job done, then Eric is who you should call. (His loan processor Blanca is fabulous too.)
