  Impossible to get through. Both local numbers are fax numbers and the 866 number cuts you off.

  Almost impossible to get an appointment. Called in December, 2016 and they would not make an appointment because they were making appointments for 2017 and wouldn't book them yet????? We had to call back in January and they didn't call me back, they just scheduled the appointment. I got a letter in the mail and it was for a date in late February that I could not make. I called again, got a machine again, and they rescheduled again without checking with me to see if I could make that new date. Thankfully I could, but the date is in March. So, it took four months to get in to see these people. Quite frustrating. I haven't talked with them yet, so I hope they are helpful.

  We called ahead to make double check the hours. They were really nice. We had to wait about ten minutes to be helped on a Wednesday morning, and they will help you past closing if you already inside waiting. They were informative and quick when it was my turn.
