- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As with "Lin B" who reviewed Adam Hancock on Yelp, I transferred to another agent because of the poor customer service at this office. Upon transferring, I found out that one of my policies had cancelled. Adam's office had not bothered to tell me about this even though I had spoken to Adam and two other employees 3 times during the period when I could have reinstated the policy. I had also asked the previous year to be put on auto-billing (which they didn't do) so that wouldn't happen. To make matters worse, Adam had written the policy incorrectly to begin with and now State Farm will not re-write the policy. If you're looking for quality customer service and a professional agent who will do more than just collect payments, go elsewhere.By H Bowers, June 18, 2017
